I see you read my letter to the editor of the Martinsburg Journal.
Thank you.
Enclosed is factual information that says why I deserve a better, problem solving job. Please note these are records and references, and none are written by me. I think it is better to judge me by facts and testimonials of people I worked with. I also think people who were accomplished in the past want to be accomplished again. I trust past performance over promises.
Please note, for the time being, my performance history at DTI Associates, Arlington VA (later Haverstick Consulting and in turn, Kratos Defense and Security Solutions) from 1999 to 2010. The fact that I received bonuses and raises is compelling enough, but here are the details (38 pages, PDF).

Later I will add transcripts and other more data related testimonials (General Aptitude Test Battery from 1993, IQ tests...)_
Finally, let me say I actually practice my skills to make my life better.
1. Excel spreadsheets for the use tax (untaxed Internet purchases, undertaxed out of state purchases, and can you believe West Virginia has the nerve to tax services)
2. Access databases for password management and holiday cards
3. Combined Word with Access to generate the 120 or so address labels for each year's Christmas cards (It's a Wonderful Life, 1946, one life touches so many others, remind myself every year)
4. Digitized
a. all photos
b. most paper momentos, especially mail, of deceased parents and deceased brother
c. private cassette recordings attributed to each
d. sixty albums of my brother's on professional audio cassette (Audacity USB cassette application to laptop software and player with USB plug)
e. thirty of my brother's private VHS recordings
f. over sixty of his professional VHS tapes, mostly movies (VHS to Phillips DVD recorder, or if necessary, especially to defeat anti copying technology, VHS2DVD application and VCR to USB adapter)
g. All 3.5 inch floppies in my custody and my brother's. Moving on to our 5.25 inch floppies over the next few months.
h. statements, tax returns, all outgoing correspondence, etc.
5. Frequently send official correspondence (such as to doctors) by electronic mail (I can make encrypted PDF documents with CutePDF Professional, an Adobe Acrobat clone) or by FAXAGE email to fax if sensitive.
